About Me	I have been happily married to Lana Kimball Elefante since 1989, and we have three daughters, Ava, Caroline, and Ellen. I served in the U.S. Army retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. After retiring from the Army, I have served in several State of Georgia Government positions specifically in higher education.
