www.bhs1999reunion.com PICNIC LUNCH DETAILS We want an event the whole family can enjoy, so we are holding a picnic for all men, women and children of BHS ’99 fame from 11:30–2:00 at the South Jordan City Park on 11000 South Redwood Rd. The picnic is Bring Your Own Meal. We are simply providing a central, casual location with plenty to keep the kids occupied. The rest is up to you. There will be a pavilion with tables and all the park usuals: grass, playground and such. So, come and enjoy catching up with classmates. See what they’ve been doing and how their families have changed. DINNER/DESSERT BUFFET DETAILS Later that evening will be an adult only dinner and socializing event from 6:00pm–Midnight at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City. For a class as large as ours, it was a real challenge to find a venue that fit all of us and we’re ecstatic to have it at such a nice place. YOU MUST R.S.V.P. FOR THE DINNER! Tickets per person are $45 and include, in no particular order: a dinner buffet, dancing, a short program, plenty of time for socializing, and a grand time at the Grand America. Please arrive by 7:00 p.m. for the dinner portion of the evening. For those of you who may have tight budgets we are offering a discounted price of $38 per ticket if you purchase them by August 1st. Please understand we weighed every possible option of food, venue and amenities for a class of our size. Yes, we could have had the reunion for much less in the cafeteria again, but we planned the 5-year as more casual to save money for a nicer 10-year reunion. If you are financially unable to come to the dinner, please come to the picnic. It was planned for this very reason. The dinner atmosphere will be semi-formal. You're free to stay as long as you like—right up to midnight. Free parking is provided. Again, please come and enjoy talking like grown-ups with all your old friends without their adorable (but distracting) children.
