About Me	After graduating from Big Creek, I went to Roanoke to complete my training as a Registered Nurse. Several years later, I returned to college and obtained a degree in Biology. Later, I attended Anesthesia School and became a nurse anesthetist. I spent most of my professional life working in the Operating Room, either as OR Director or as an anesthetist. I lived in Abingdon Va for nearly thirty years, then moved to Wytheville where I still reside. I bought an historic home, built in the 1800's and have spent lots of time doing renovation and redecoration. I am now retired and able to enjoy my home. My parents, Lona and Clarence both died in the summer of 2010. Fortunately, they were able to stay in their home until their deaths and all of us were with them when they passed.
