Born on August 19, 1989, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Miller gained early fame in the music world under the stage name Lil' Romeo. His musical career blossomed after signing with No Limit Records, a label then owned by his father, Master P. Miller's debut single "My Baby," released in 2001, was a commercial success, peaking at number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. His debut and eponymous album, Lil' Romeo, which followed the same year, sold 99,000 copies in its first week, earning a Gold certification.

Miller continued his musical journey, releasing several more albums including 'Game Time' and 'Romeoland.' His artistic prowess was not limited to music. He also made a name in the acting world with his own Nickelodeon show, Romeo!, which ran for three seasons, and starring roles in the feature films "Jumping the Broom" and "Madea's Witness Protection."
