| About Me | After H.S., 2 years at Grove City College, a year at Penn State McKeesport, then to main campus. BS, Penn State, 1983. Moved to southern California summer 1983. Worked in aerospace since, five companies/locations in Los Angeles County and Orange County areas. Have dabbled in real estate, have owned 6 homes & 4 rental properties (not all at the same time). Lots of road trips, have explored much of western U.S. Lots of skiing, hiking & other sports, esp. Ultimate frisbee & softball. Got married 2004, to Kim. February 2012, I was in town for an aunt's funeral and my mom's surgery. I visited the then brand-new BPHS building, and saw all our old buildings in various stages of demolition! Fall 2014, my parents sold the house we moved into in Bethel Park in 1973, and moved into a retirement home in Mt. Lebanon, at that time in their mid-80s. They're in their 90s now and still doing good for their age. Wow, we are well into our 60s now. I'm still working full time, contemplating retirement, but not quite ready yet. I try to get back from California and visit Mom & Dad and my sister, still in the Pittsburgh South Hills area, once or twice a year. I was there last in June 2024.
