About Me	After graduating from Shepherd College, I worked for several years at the U.S. Senate as a legislative aide. In 1988, I finished an undergraduate degree in organ from Hood College, Frederick, MD and worked the next 13 years as full-time music director & organist at a large Catholic church in Frederick. My church work in Frederick was followed by 7 years working at at Episcopal parish in Cumberland, MD. During this time I decided to learn more about myself and others and completed a master's degree in "pastoral counseling." In 2003 I met my partner, Carl, an attorney from Kansas. We were married in Winnipeg, Manitoba, late in 2005. I moved to Kansas--what a change from the East--in 2006 and began working at an Episcopal parish here.
