Ok Everybody, here it is! I hope I'm doing this right this time! Our 20 year reunion is going to be the 2nd weekend in October. Friday 10/08/2010 thru Sunday 10/10/10. Just a F.Y.I. That Monday the 11th is Columbus Day, there for a "holiday" for most people!! So, here is a preliminary agenda: Friday the 8th, meet and greet around 7:00 p.m., location to be determined, Saturday the 9th, ride in the Butterfield Stage Days parade, ...time and location will be sent soon, that evening, drinks and meet and greet at the Turquoise Hills Golf Course at 5:00 p.m., diner at 6, music and dancin from 7-10. The big multi year reunion is also being held this same weekend and they will be getting together at the arena that same night so I figured, we could do our diner and dancing and still be early enough to hit the arena afterwards to see our upper classman. Sunday, I thought it would be nice to have a family bbq with out significant others, kids, siblings and parents who are still local. The specifics on that I will get out as it gets closer. The estimated amount for everything is 50 dollars for class mates and 35 dollars for significant others. If we get more than 40 people to attend the price will sightly be less and I will refund that at Saturday nights diner. I need all money sent in BY September 24th. I had to put down a deposit on the golf course already to save the date. I need to have all the money in order to pay for the food and the t-shirts. I also need to know what size t-shirt you need for the parade and what you and you'r guest want for diner. There is a choice of chicken, ribs or steak and how you want it cooked. Gretchen Settle Pacheco would like to put together a picture video so try to get with her on what she needs. I think this is a great idea.
