I went back to teach at Bennett for a very short period, it was amazing. I felt as if time stood perfectly still. Somehow, I don't know how I manage to walk all those stairs everyday!! Mrs. Henderson, my homeroom teacher, has become a wonderful inspiration. Mrs. Rita Lankes and I shared correspondences, Ms. Whitman and Mr. Vella(now deceased) were substitute principals in other school buildings where I taught! It was good to get advice from Ms. Whitman and finally try to understand her perspective.
