Jeff Snipes, died July 20, 2009 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice House following a long battle with cancer.
He graduated from BHP and Furman University.
A coach and athletic director during his entire career, he coached at Furman University, North Carolina State University and Boiling Springs High School.
He was a member of the 1978 Furman team which attained its first Southern Conference championship. He was also a team captain of the 1980 Southern Conference championship team.
Good-bye old friend you will be greatly missed by all who knew you.....
