Kelly Decker

Class of 1960

I remember reading a story about Kelly that he served in Vietnam. He was concerned about the many orhans he was seeing and knew there was no place for them o go to be safe. With his many contacts he helped start an orphans home. I am sure there was more coverage in the Dayton news, but I moved from Dayton area 27 years ago.
