Married Shirley (Nash) Brown April 24, 1954. Father of Vickie A., James A., and Melissa J Grandfather of 7 Great grandfather of 9. Jim served in the US Army during the occupation of Germany. He was discharged with the rank of SSgt. He succumbed after a 2 year battle with esophageal cancer.
