Lowell Prescott "Scott" Turner 12/25/62-4/4/17

TAZEWELL — Lowell Prescott "Scott" Turner, 54, of Tazewell, TN, peacefully passed away on Monday, April 4, 2017 at his home after a long illness. He was born in Pineville, KY on December 25, 1962, and was the eldest of two children to Lowell and Roberta Epley Turner.

After graduating from Bell County High School, Scott attended Lincoln Memorial University and Southeast Community College, earning radiology certifications. Scott was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and spent his 25 year professional career as a Radiologic Technologist at Claiborne County Hospital in Tazewell, TN.
