About	I knew Paul (Chip) for over 60 years. He was my bestest, best friend. A Vanderbilt grad, Bachelor's, Master's and ABD. Worked in D.C. for John Tower, senator from TX., then as a lobbyist and finally as a teacher and lecturer on both high school and university level. Married to Carol for many years. I miss him almost every day.
