Fees: Golfers $175 per player
(Includes green fees, cart, dinner and tournament prizes)

Tee Sponsor $125
Beverage Sponsor $500
Ball Sponsor $500
Major Tournament Sponsor $2,500
(Includes one - 4 person golf team, tee advertisement on front & back holes, banner advertisement, name on all printed materials.
All other monetary donations accepted. Just check the box of the sport you are supporting and make it out to the person and address listed on registration forms.
