Linda Gail Brown, 75, of Lexington, KY, formerly of Belfry, KY, passed away Saturday October 29, 2022, at her residence. Linda was born February 12, 1947, at Williamson, WV, to Mildred L. Murphy Wayt of Lexington, KY, and the late Ed Pirotte. Linda is also preceded in death by her stepdad, Charlie Wayt. Linda was a homemaker, a graduate of Georgetown College, Georgetown, KY, and a member of the Southland Christian Church of Lexington, KY.
Linda is survived by her husband, Franklin D. Brown of Lexington, KY, her children, Amy J. (Joshua) Phillips of Brentwood, TN, and Matthew E. Brown of Richmond, KY. Linda is also survived by her grandchildren, Lydia G. (Zavior) Thompson of Nashville, TN, M. Seth Phillips of Brentwood, TN, Gabrielle E. Phillips of Nashville, TN, Jesse B. Phillips of Nashville, TN, Abigail Brown of Richmond, KY, and Alex J. Brown of Richmond, KY, and a host of loving family and friends.

Funeral services were held November 2, 2022, at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with James Justice officiating. Burial followed at Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY, with Joshua Phillips, Chris Harris, David Tackett, Jesse Phillips, Seth Phillips, Zavior Thompson and Corbin Harris serving as pallbearers.
