| About Me | I have worked in the Nursing field since graduating from college in 1975. I am a Clinical Nurse Specialist with the U.S.P.H.S., one of the eight Uniformed Services. I have been a Commissioned Nurse Officer with the U.S. Public Health Service Commisssioned Corps since 1980. During my career with the Commissioned Corps, I have completed assignments as a Flight Nurse with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, Nurse and Assistant Health Administrator for the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, and I am currently assigned to the U.S. Indian Health Service. I have held various positions with the U. S. Indian Health Service, including Assistant Director and Director of Nursing Services.
