About Me	Where do I begin. I joined the U.S. Navy nearly 2 years after graduating to make a way of life for myself and my baby daughter. I spent my first 10 years of service in the Enlisted ranks, performing Air Traffic Controller duties and advancing from E1 - E6. At the 11 year point I crossed over to the Officer ranks, performing duties as a Surface Warfare Officer, finally letting it all go just 3 months shy of the 27 year point. I met my wonderful husband during my 3rd tour of duty in Alameda, CA and we have been together since meeting in 1993 and finally marrying in 1995. In 2012 I tore my ACL and decided it was time to say good bye to the Navy so I put my family first, made them the priority vice some military inspection or something on the tickler and am now stress ...(read more)
