John and I Bill Beck double dated back in 1967. My present wife Linda (Webster) Beck and her friend Kathy Rogers who my wife got to go with John on this double date. Was so shocked when I heard John was killed in Vietnam in 1968. I had also joined the Army National Guard in 1968 and new several guys I went through basic with that never came back as well. Such a useless war. John Love also was killed their. He was a Beavercreek Graduate in 1966 if I remember correctly.
