Left broadcasting in 1971 and was employed as a regional marketing manager for a national brewery. Advenced to become a brand advertising manager in Milwaukee. Relocated to Detroit as media directtor of another regional brewery, later became a director of an in-house advertising agency supervising all media advertising for 9 national and regional brands.
