About Me	"I was always a "car guy" and owned 21 cars before I was 18. At 18, I bought my first new car, a Marina Blue 1966 Chevelle SS396. Besides "street racing" I drag raced at Dover and Lebanon Valley Drag Strips. After school, I worked in new car dealerships until I became Manager of Fishkill Esso in Fishkill and later Imperial Esso in Wappingers Falls. In 1972, went to work for the NYS Dept. of Correction. After the academy, I worked for 3 weeks in Green Haven and then transferred to Matteawan State Hospital for the criminally insane. I fit right in! LOL Retired in 1998 after 26 and 1/2 years. In 1991, I worked part-time as a Crew Lead for American Airlines at Stewart Airport fueling and de-icing aircraft. As part of the job, we took care of many celebrities' airplanes and got to board many of them. Pay wasn't great but got to fly First Class for about 2-3 dollars! Got to go to Chicago for lunch or Orlando to play golf and return the same day. Later worked for United and got a better deal. Now totally retired, I belong to about 18 organizations and sit on the board of 4 of them. Thinking abo...(read more)
