Looking for Richie

I am looking for someone who went to BCHS with us- I don't have his last name, which is why I am posting.
We all knew him, by Richie. Real name more than likely is Richard.
He attended BCHS from 1988-1992. He looked Caucasian but was Hispanic. He had big blue eyes with curly sandy brown/blond hair. During his last yrs, he always wore a black leather jacket, baseball cap and blue jeans and nike sneakers. (At that time/1991-92ish, he was always hanging out by the D-Wing) He was kind of short, about 5'4ish. (He did not get to graduate channel, so he wont be found in the yearbooks.) Richie lived in Brooklyn, not in the Rockaways.
He had an older brother who resembled him and was slightly older by a year or two, who also attended BCHS. I think his name was Joseph but can't recall clearly.
Please inbox me his last name and/or contact information. Do not send me links, for they will not be opened nor any back & forth dialogue questioning.
It is extremely important that I get in touch with Richie. I am not seeking Richie, to cause any problems nor drama. As the importance of this contact, will be well received. This is a serious post. I am offering a $$$10,000 reward for Richie's contact information. This is a very serious post. Please help in finding Richie. Thank you again.
