About Me	The past couple summers have been living the dream on a lake... Wakeboarding, wake surfing, and relaxing with family and friends. In August 2013, I tore my left ACL which took me from surfer to boat driver. After surgery in October, I am on the mend and getting stronger with physical therapy being a big help. My favorite hobby is to travel. Over the 2013 MEA break, I went with a friend to Manhattan, NY for 4 days of greatness: Broadway, Times Square, Central Park, Staten Island Ferry, Rockefeller Center, Hell's Kitchen, 9/11 Memorial, Grand Central Station, and more. I love road trips. The summer 2011 trip was down through the civil rights historical places including Memphis, TN (MLKJ assassination); Birmingham, AL (Sixteenth Street Baptist Church); Atlanta, GA (MLKJ birthplace); and Montgomery, AL ( Rosa Parks/bus boycott/Dexter Baptist Church/MLKJ home). Along the way, we stopped at the St. Louis Archway, Elvis' Graceland, and Vicksburg Battlefield and ended in San Angelo, TX to visit my brothers family. For Spring Break 2011, we drove through Branson, MO on our way to meet my new niece in San Angelo, TX. Summer 2009 trip I drove from MN to Arizona and over to Texas to visit family (new born nephew) and see the sights... Grand Canyon. I have driven to Idaho and then another trip to Yellowstone. The joy of exploring other areas of the world is what I live for. I have hiked a mountain in Norway and fell in a freezing cold river. I have jumped off a 100ft cliff in Hawaii. I have swam in a waterfall pool in the Puerto Rico's rain forest. I have also been to see the sights in Rome, Paris and London. I Love to take...(read more)
