Frank was a very talented artist and designer, which you can see if you google FRANK KOESTER. He had a very dynamic personality and was always the life of the party. I think he belonged to the track team. He died too soon. I will miss him terribly. Written by his sister, Ann Koester (Verticchio), class of 1960.
