| Favorite School Memory | Probably not a fav memory, but definitely a memorable one ...remember when we were freshmen and the senior class had their assembly and my brothers band played "House of the Rising Son" and the senior class pres. told the joke about the cigarette "butt" and the twirlers, etc. were doing dances with the short "go go" dresses...and then the principal came and shut the assembly down right in the middle of Eva Stells's beautiful ballet? I felt so badly for her! Then the senior class rioted, setting some garbage cans on fire and ended up leaving school and going to the beach for a 2-3 day beach party!? I remember the line of students and parents, when they all had to return and see the principal...it went out the door, down the sidewalk, out to the street and down the front sidewalk.....(read more) |
