About Me	Right out of High School in 1978 I became a Paramedic and Worked for Refugio Co EMS from 1979-1984. In late 1980 i was promoted to EMS Director until I left and returned to WCJC and entered the police academy. In 1985, I was hired as a patrolman with Palacios Police Department. IN 1988, I moved to El Campo to work for EL Campo PD. In 1998 I ran for the office of Constable and have held that position now for 22 1/2 years as of 12/2000. I was elected for my 7th time and was sworn in January 1, 2021 and my 4 year term will expire 12/2024. I will have 26 1/2 years as Constable at that time.
