After High School I married a Bassick High School Alumni. He joined the Army, he was stationed in Korea, were I lived for 6 months, then he was transferred to a base in Germany, and we lived there for 5 years. After he was honorably discharged from the Army he joined the Air Force where he served 20 years, was honorably discharged but with a 100% disability due to his work while in the military. I then joined my husband in the Air Force where I served 10 years in the Administrative Field. I was stationed in Panama during the "Panamanian Invasion", prior to the United States handing the Panama Canal back to the Panamanian Country. I also served during the Gulf War. I was stationed at Griffiss Air Force Base, Rome, NY and Dyess Air Force Base, Abilene, Texas. After we both left the military, we moved to California, where we lived for 7 years. While in Califorma we both worked; I worked for Legal Services of Northern California and my husband work in the Finance Fiield. I have had a wonderful , exciting life. We seen alot of overseas countries and most of the United States and have now settled down in sunny Florida.

Our Bassick High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done!
