Indian Cusine Buffet includes: Green Salad:Mixed greens, minced tomatos and cucumbers Naan: Delicious leavened white bread Garlic Naan: Naan stuffed with fresh-diced garlic Pillau Rice: Basmati rice cooked in light butter/ diced onions/ green peas Vegetable Pakoras: Fresh assorted vegatables fritters dipped in batter and fried. Aloo Gobi: Fresh Cauliflower and Potatoes cooked dried with spices and tomatos. Chicken Korma: Diced chicken flavored with kasmiri herbs and cooked in a creamy curry( not hot) sauce with raisins and nuts. Chicken Fajitas / Fried Chicken also Mexican Rice will be provided.
