Born in 1947. She was class Valedictorian. An Army Veteran. Studied: Physics, English Literature, graduated second in her class at McGeorge School of Law. She specialized in Elder Law and eventually formed the Partnership of Segal & McMahan. Upon retiring she was involved with several organizations. She was passionately involved with the Soroptimist International of Greater Las Vegas.
