I have a 1999 class ring with a blue stone from Bartlesville High School with the first name "Sarah" on it. It was in with some jewelry my mother-in-law purchased at a thrift store in Oklahoma, and I would like to return it to its owner. My name is Rita Black and I work in a law office in Hopkinsville, KY.
