Bernard and I met at City and became good friends from that point. We stayed in touch over the years and talked almost daily. We were co-workers at the Social Security Administration and actually started our careers there at the same time. We had many spirited conversations about sports, especially the Ravens and the Redskins. Although he was an avid "Deadskins" fan, I still loved him like a brother. Miss him terribly.
