Died in Fredericksburg Virginia. Services private.

Norman was like a brother to me. We , including his wife Jane, were friends for 72 years. Norm and I met at Towson State Teachers College. We worked together as teachers and administrators in the Baltimore City School system. Later at the Maryland State Department of Education. Our lives, along with my late wife Alden, shared our lives together in sunshine and shadow.
