Yes this is a most interesting story. I met this man that had bought in a pawn shop a ring that the person could not make it back to pay the lone on time from the story the man said and then he lost it. I am a metal detector guy with many decades experience so he told me in this park were he lost it and I got his number and then searched several times in this giant park and no luck. I then tried it again a few years later and ding sing wing I hear this clear good sound and low and behold it is the elusive ring. Now I phoned this man and his phone was disconnected and I could never find him I did not know his last name he just stopped me seeing me metal detecting So I would like to see it go to the person that obviously lost this originally. It shows the year 88 and has a tornado on the other side It has some kind of blue like saphire stone darker and then I can see a seemingly copyright symbol then either JR maybe belonged to JR hewing Lol Or TR possibly or ir it is a bit over dirty and I did not want to clean to much incase rubs off inscription It came from the Ottawa area and likely is a mans ring it is big. So if this person like it I can meet them some place and I will give to them. I imagine they must miss it I know I would I have been searching for a ring I laid down for a second worried it fall off wet hands and two kids when i was turned around i suspect took it one of a kind largemouth bass 10 k ring was special made for me so I understand how these special items are priceless so hopefully we can find the true owner
