About Me	I've spent the last 30 years stranded on a sandbar (St. George Island) with my wife Kristen Volk Shelby who graduated from Sacred Heart and UofL. We work together happily every day selling beach property, exercising, and drinking wine. At our age we drink the good stuff first. I play the guitar most nights, and sometimes sing and play at open mike nights. Work keeps us from traveling as much as we would like, but we do have a 2nd home in Tampa at Paradise Lakes that we get away to for our city fix about once a month. We plan to retire as soon as the current real estate boom slows down and covid subsides so we can travel the world. Update 01/09/2025 Now Retired and travelling the world.
