Wendy is survived by her mother, Linda Lohr; children, Alicia Sue and Andrew J. Fassinger; siblings, Amy B. and Michael J. (Shawna) Lohr; niece, Brooke Patterson; nephew, Christian Lohr; also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, John R. Lohr. - Diabetic compilations
