About	Jessica was a proud graduate of Baldwin High School, where she played the saxophone in the marching band, and went on to earn her Bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and a Master's degree from Edinboro University. For over 15 years, she dedicated her career to teaching, working as an English as a Second Language (ESL) educator with the Allegheny Intermediate Unit, reaching children from all over the world. Jessica's advocacy for children and families who faced challenges was a testament to her compassionate spirit. In 2014, she married the love of her life, Chris. Together, they created a home filled with love and laughter. Jessica had an incredible talent for creating beauty, and she expressed this through her crafts, jewelry, pottery, painting, and mosaics. As the owner of the Bauble Bungalow shop, she shared her artistry with the community, inspiring others to appreciate the beauty in everyday life. Jessica was a lover of nature, music, and diverse culinary experiences. She found joy in walking with her children to collect "Nature Treasures," practicing yoga, gardening, cooking delicious soups, and exploring foods from different cultures. She cherished time spent at the Pittsburgh Botanical Gardens and Phipps Conservatory, where she often shared her vibrant enthusiasm for life. Jessica is survived by her husband Chris Bartholomew; lived for her children Isla and Arlo; mother Rebecca (Gary Marsh, Jr.) Wehring; brother Justin (Ashley) Wehring; also survived by many extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father Ronald Wehring. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, 15236. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, May 3 at 2:00 pm in the funeral home's chapel.
