Growing up around Oakleaf and Wallace Drive. I delivered the morning newspaper to Bill's parents' home. He was an enjoyable friend to be around. My condolences to his family and friends. If I knew he was living in Altoona at the time when I was ministering in Bedford, I would have stopped to see him.
