Debra was born on March 13, 1951, and passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. Debra was a resident of Colorado at the time of passing. After attending Pennsylvania State University, she moved with her former husband to Ft. Collins, where she raised her family. In her memory, the family would greatly appreciate donations to the following organizations: American Lung Association, National Direct Response Headquarters, 1200 Hosford St., Suite 101, Hudson, WI 54016-9316, or Larimer Humane Society, 6317 Kyle Ave., Ft. Collins, CO 80525.
