Gregory Musial, age 59, of Whitehall, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, following a long and courageous battle as a quadriplegic since 1988.

Greg has touched the hearts of everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word for all. He had a passion for life and a strong will to live, fighting one obstacle at a time. Greg never complained nor questioned his ill-fate regarding his condition and was regarded as a "hero" to all of his family and friends. His determination and love of life will forever remain in our hearts.

Greg Musial was a graduate of Baldwin High School (class of 1969), and a graduate of West Liberty State College in West Virginia. Prior to Greg's health condition, he was Sales Manager at Western Paper Company (now known as International Paper Company) in Memphis, Tennessee.

Greg was survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 36 years Vicki Musial; daughter Michele (Frank) Botta; son Steven Musial (Missy); daughter Angela Musial (fiancé' Patrick Sowerby); and grandsons Matthew and Frankie.

He was also survived by his mother Margaret Hutnik Musial (late Gene Musial); and brothers Bill (Anne) of Sandusky, OH, Gene of Upper St. Clair; and sister-in-law Kathy Musial, Mark (Mari) of Franklin Park, Bob (Susan) of Scott Township; and many nieces and nephews.
