Jack went to be with God on November 8, 2007, at the Gilchrist Center for Hospice Care in Towson, MD. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He relocated to Florida where he raised his three older children. He later moved to Ellicott City, MD, continuing his work in the furniture industry, and raised two more children. He is survived by his children: Stephen (Erin), Brian (Geraldina), Erin(Joe Harrington), Shelby, and Jack, and grandchildren: Kaylee and Daniel. He is also survived by his five sisters, one brother and his parents, Jack and Peggy Burton. He will be sorely missed. A Memorial Mass will be held at Church of the Resurrection, Ellicott City, MD at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2007.
