About Me	My wife Jane and I retired to a south Sarasota, Florida town in 99 but kept our home in Poughkeepsie NY after spending our career there teaching high school. We call our bay front house in Florida home from the beginning of September til the beginning of June. We RV it back, although usually not directly, to New York for the summer and house Tampa Bay minor league baseball players for the summer, this being our 16th year. Over the years we have been lucky enough to house not only great individuals, but some excellent players, many of whom we have lasting friendships. About 15 have made it to the majors including top names like Ryan Dempster, Josh Hamilton, James Shields and Evan Longoria.
