Favorite School Memory	Too many to count, but eating peanuts in those small Coke bottles during recess was fun! So was being Miss McLean's aide during my senior year.
About Me	Went to college; went to Grad school; got married the first timein 1972; moved to El Paso, TX and had one baby boy already, then had a girl. My husband taught at the community college there. We left when I got a full-time teaching job at the Mesa Comm. College where I taught full-time for 24 yrs. I am now retired and teaching part-time, maybe for another year. In a sad, tragic accident, we lost our son, Joaquin, when he was 17 in 1992. He was a real blessing, a treasure while he was with us. We also have our daughter Teresa (3 years younger than Joaquin). She is now a beautiful 32-year-old who has an MFA in Creative Writing--Poetry! I am now remarried to my second husband Tom. Also a Mesa Community College retiree. We love the AZ...(read more)
