About	Methodist Minister and active member of the gay community. Survived by his significant other: Chuck Riley. From Chuck: He was my best friend, supported me while I built my business and he ran a Real Estate Law Firm for many years as the Methodist church was not wanting an Openly Gay Pastor, He took his skills and went back to college and ended up at a law firm and worked his way up the ladder. Enter me into his life 1983 and once I was doing well running a Real Estate Company, he resigned and took his Masters of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. and went to MCC (Metropolitan Community Church, an open and welcoming church with a large GLBTQ following. He continued to study, but found his passion in the Progressive Christian Movement and thus ended at The Church of Christ in Annapolis, MD. They are the most progressive organized church, I believe. He also co-raised my three sons and he did all their weddings as well as our 5 grandchildren's baptisms. I wanted you to get a true sense of who he became. He would preach often in his sermons, to Love Wastefully and that all were welcome at his services.
