| About | Age 52, of Seven Fields, died Thursday, April 21, 2011 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family. Born September 8, 1958 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Charles and Jean (Jablonowski) Michael. Jim was a 1980 graduate of Robert Morris College. He was an avid Steelers and Penguins fan who shared his passion for hockey with his daughter Jessica by taking her at a young age |
Tim Brown '75 said:
We did everything together. 20 Pirates games every season. The important games included 1971 World Series, Playoffs and Roberto Clemente’s 3000 hit game. Penguins season tickets from 1973-75. Strat-o-Matic, Street Hockey, table top hockey games, whiffle ball.
Jim was in my 1979 wedding in Buffalo, We attended his mother’s funeral. She was a terrific neighbor and a hearty soul. Raising Jim & Patti after her husband Red died all alone.
