Keith M. Rudder, Corporate Director of Admissions for San Diego Technical Institute, San Diego, California, completed a public speaking engagement then awarded $10,000 in Academic Scholarships to selected high school seniors at Yuma, high school, Yuma, Arizona. Mr. Rudder after his speaking engagement being interviewed by the local Yuma T.V. Station.
