Class of 1953
For those of you who know a veteran or served in the military between Korea and Vietnam, I've written 3 volumes of my Army days, titled "Single Striper," "Close Enough for Jazz," and "The Big Schnitzel," the latter of which should be available in December. I take this liberty because my days at Austin are still vivid in memory, and maybe some of my classmates would enjoy a tour of the wacky, comical peacetime Army we served in, reminiscent of M*A*S*H. Best to you all.
