| About | Jim Drowned in the Missouri River after a boating accident. His girl friend Lana Henry was also in the boat at the time. She said after the accident they were both trying to made it to shore. And after Jim gave her one big push to get to the end of a rock dike, he disappeared behind her under the waters. That dammed old muddy water. |

Jim was one of the smartest kids in our class. He ended up being my sister-in-law Karen Vosberg Combs, brother. I was in the Army and stationed at Fort Bragg NC. when I heard of his shocking death. Approximate date of passing was June 1976.
