Dan was a Marine buddy of mine. I was with him when he was killed I combat action on Koh Tang, Cambodia the last battle of the ietnam war. Dan, in true Marine fashion, ran out of a crashed burning helicopter, toward the Khmer Rouge, and was killed storming the beach. Dan is a true hero.
