About	Corey was diagnosed with Melanoma in 2005 while she was finishing her 2 art degrees at ECU. After surgery & treatment, Corey was re-diagnosed In 2008 with Malignant Melanoma and returned to NC from being in Connecticut & Kentucky and passed away at home w/her loving family by her side. The Corey C. Haddon Art Scholarship has been set up at ADHS in her memory.
