| About Me | I worked as a Cosmetologist for over 10 years altogether. Put myself through college for 4 years (BS in Music Education, cum laude, 1980). Taught school, grades 1-8, music and art, for over half a year; and, I finished that year off teaching first grade, taking over for a pregnant teacher needing leave. Went back to being a Cosmetologist. Lived in Europe for almost a year. Worked 2 not-worth-mentioning jobs for a couple years. Did 2 more years of college (Associate's in Human Services, 3.9 GPA, 1990). Worked as an Addictions Counselor for 12 years.
