| About Me | Married, had three boys, have 8 grandchildren. Spent 4 years active duty during Korea in US Navy and 4 years inactive. Attended Mars Hill College 2 yrs and NC State on a five year program as Product Designer, went to work for Drexel Furniture Co as a product designer and then moved on to Ford Motor Co, Styling/Design Center as a Designer and Engineer. Attended Wayne State Univ. and received a Masters in Industrial Design. During my time at Ford I lived in Stratford-on-Avon, England and Hiroshima Japan with various assignments in Cologne, Ger, Turin, Italy and London England. Retired in 1997 to Hilton Head, SC. Attended the 50th, 60th and now planning for 65th Class of 1952 reunion in Asheville, NC. Wife passed away in 2010.
